Please pray for the Board of Lumens of Truth as the board overlooks the whole ministry. We are so excited to have a new board member join, whose focus will be overlooking the spiritual health and care of the team. Please pray for wisdom, compassion, courage, and everything that is needed for this role!

Please pray for the people of Iran that experienced a horrible bomb blast that killed more than 84 people. Pray for peace and comfort for those who lost loved ones!

Please pray that 2024 would be year where the most number of Afghans come to know Jesus and their lives are transformed by the message of the Gospel! Please pray that His light would shine brighter through Lumens of Truth and other ministries serving the Lord among Afghans. Finally, please pray for more workers among the unreached peoples of Afghanistan.

Please take a moment on this Christmas Day more Afghans would come to know the love of God through Jesus! Pray that He would make our ministry a means for the many unreached peoples of Afghanistan to come to know Him!

Please pray for two of our team members who are heading to the USA to attend a gathering of Afghans, who have recently immigrated to the West. Please pray for safe travels and for the opportunity to build some meaningful relationships. Thanks!

We are really excited to begin publishing a video series we filmed called: "Why am I a Christian?". We have a group of Afghans, who share why they are followers of Jesus. This is very important because Afghan Christians are accused by others of changing their faith because of money or getting a visa to come to the West. In this series, they will have a chance to give their own reason for their faith! Please pray that this series would be effective and would touch the heart of Afghans watching these videos!

Please pray for the collapsing Afghan economy as unemployment has drastically increased, humanitarian help is halved, and women can no longer work. Furthermore, over 400,000 Afghan refugees have been kicked out of Pakistan to return Afghanistan. With a weak economy, domestic violence increased. Please pray for us as we connect with many Afghans who are suffering both economically and psychologically. There is a lot of trauma. Please pray for the Lord to have mercy in this situation.

Please pray for us as we are in the process of producing a series of videos responding to Zakir Naik, who is a Muslim apologist that is watched by millions of Afghans. Zakir Naik misguides many Muslims regarding the message of the Gospel and the identity of Jesus. Please pray that God would open the eyes of many Afghans as they watch these videos!

Please pray for the tens of thousands of Afghans refugees who are being deported from Pakistan back to Afghanistan. Many of these Afghan refugees are there because there are no jobs in Afghanistan, and they just want to make a living in Pakistan. Some of them have lived in Pakistan most of their lives, and were even born there. Please pray for the Lord to have mercy in this very dire situation!
